Body Back- Week 1

Well, I have completed my first week on the Body Back program and I think I might be even more excited and inspired than I was when I started!

The workouts have been hard, but I've done them! There were a couple of times when I didn't want to go workout because I was too tired or too busy, but I shut those voices up and went out anyway. It was worth it every single time!

The meal plan has been super easy to follow so far and I've pretty much been eating the same breakfast and lunch each day. That's absolutely not required, but it works for me, so that's what I'm doing! Between the water intake and cutting out the junk food, I'm feeling really good so far. I haven't really felt hungry because there are snacks throughout the day. I did have one day that was emotionally difficult for a little bit and I wanted to turn to food, but I took a step back and made different choices instead.

Overall, a really successful week! I intend to step up the intensity of the workouts a little in the coming week and celebrate the small victories in this past week! I don't officially weigh in until tomorrow, but I sneaked onto the scale Friday and was already down three pounds!
