Body Back is an 8 week results based program that includes nutrition counseling, a recipe book, fitness assessments, high intensity group workouts, before and after transformation pictures, and access to streamed online workouts for at home use.


Stroller Strides is a total fitness program that moms can do with their babies. It includes power walking and intervals of strength and body toning exercises using exercise tubing, the stroller and the environment.

Come join us as we build a community of moms! We want to help every mother find the strength she needs for every stage of Motherhood!

We enjoy play dates, exercise dates, Mom's Nights Out, and more! We are adding members and new events all the time and would love to have you be a part of our village!
